History of the School
Agathiya was started in the year 1993. This school is situated in the heart of the town at No.1, Mill Road, Behind Bus Stand, Walajabad. It was recognized by the Government of Tamilnadu in 1998 as Nursery & Primary School & upgraded as Matriculation School in 2008 & further promoted as Matriculation Higer Secondary School in 2013.
A branch school was started in the year 2001 and it was also recognized by the Govt. of Tamilnadu in 2005. The Schools are managed and run by a registered Trust by the name of Thiruppurammal Educational and Social Trust (TEST – Short form).
Aim
The aim of institution is to impart well education with equal importance to extra-curricular activities in games, sports, arts, crafts, elocution, debating etc., and thus prepare the students physically and mentally fir to enter into any walk of life.
Motto
The motto of the school is : “Learn Flawlessly”
